CLE Connect is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing vital emergency services to the unhoused population and impoverished communities in Northeast Ohio.
Our organization focuses on immediate assistance by offering essential resources and support to those in need. We regularly engage in outreach efforts, ensuring that we are accessible and available to those who require our assistance.
Our foremost objective revolves around promoting the well-being and restoration of dignity to those individuals overlooked based on the challenges they may face.
On an average night in Ohio 10,249 individuals will experience homelessness.

What We Do
CLE Connect focuses on outreach services that meet the immediate needs of our community while fostering long-term stability.
Our programming includes the distribution of essential items such as food, clothing, hygiene supplies, Narcan, and first aid supplies, ensuring individuals have access to critical resources.
Additionally, we actively connect clients to local agencies for housing, employment, and healthcare support, providing a comprehensive network of assistance.
By addressing immediate concerns and supporting individuals on their path to stability, CLE Connect serves as a vital resource for Cleveland’s homeless and low-income populations.
