Jaclyn Belli

Interim President

Jackie has a Bachelor’s in Marketing from Central Connecticut State University and a Master’s in Public Administration from Clark University. Her background is working mostly in the social work field helping the older adult population and currently works in quality, for a non-profit. She strongly believes in meeting people where they are at and loves helping those who need it most.

Margie Karl

Vice President

Margie Karl has been an estate planning attorney for almost 20 years on the west side of Cleveland. Margie is involved with CLE Connect because she truly enjoys giving back to her community and making a difference.

Claire Waag

Secretary

Claire, a Cleveland native, attended Cleveland State University for her master’s degrees.  She is licensed as a professional counselor license (LPCC-S) and a school psychologist.  She has spent her entire career working in the non-profit sector in both education and mental health. Claire has significant experience in the area of human resources.  She is looking forward to continuing her passion in working with the underserved population in our community.

Chris Meyer

Treasurer

Chris is a retired Investment Advisor who relocated back to Cleveland after living in Chicago for 35 years. He is an active supporter of the  American Red Cross as a Disaster Action Team Supervisor, providing support to those impacted by fires or natural disasters. He also volunteers at The Greater Cleveland Food Bank. He is passionate about making a difference in people’s lives and enjoys his time volunteering.

Melody Piorkowski

Melody Piorkowski, a Cleveland native, has been the Director of Compliance for a local insurance company nearly 20 years.

She has volunteered with CLE Connect for several years and is deeply impassioned by giving back to her community and helping others thrive again.

Bob Madsen

Bob recently relocated from California to Cleveland after a successful career in finance. He holds an MBA from St. Mary’s College of California and, though retired, enjoys seasonal work at Progressive Field during Guardians baseball games and spreading cheer as “Santa Bob Cleveland.” A lifelong nonprofit volunteer, Bob lives by the motto “Pay it Forward” and is excited to make a meaningful impact in the Cleveland community.
